Registered with the Ohio Secretrary of State,TBTN Neighborhood Takeback Inc. is a 501(c)(3) status non-profit neighborhood organization of concerned citizens in northeast Warren, Ohio. We seek to preserve, revitalize, and enhance the unique qualities of our neighborhood, rid our streets of blight and crime and foster a community of good neighbors through advocacy, education and community building. Established in April 2005, by a local Warren attorney Frank R. Bodor, TBTN has organized property owners' meetings laying out a program to "Take Back The Neighborhood" {TBTN}. It has coordinated its efforts with the Mayor, Safety Service Director, Police, Building Department and Health Department of the City of Warren and others to target the area for these specific purposes. TBTN's area boundaries lie between North Park Avenue on the west; Chestnut Street on the east; Washington Avenue on the north and High Street on the south. Overall, through the pride and support of our fellow neighbors and other caring citizens, the TBTN area strives to become a neighborhood of choice where everyone is safe, informed, and involved.
